Highland is a great company to work with.  They do a great job from the initial quote all the way through construction (and even afterwards).  With every project, issues occur either during construction or after completion.   What separates companies is how they respond to those issues.  Highland's customer service is unmatched throughout the whole process.  I have had my pool for almost 3 years and they still provide impeccable service.  For example, I recently had an issue with my cleaner and a brand new one was on my front porch in less than a week.
